DT77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the DT77 platform – whether that means placing a cricket bet, playing an Aviator game, joining a Ludo room, or simply browsing – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you ("the player") and DT77 ("the platform," "we," "us," "our") regarding your use of the DT77 service. No verbal agreement, social media post, promotional material, or customer support conversation overrides or supersedes what is written here.

If you are accessing DT77 on behalf of another person or using someone else's account details, you are still fully responsible for compliance with these Terms. DT77 treats the registered account holder as responsible for all activity on that account.

2.Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on DT77, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DT77 does not allow underage gambling under any circumstances. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds held pending review.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not explicitly prohibited at the time of each transaction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf – not as an agent for a third party, and not using funds belonging to someone else without their explicit written authorisation.
• You must not be self-excluded from DT77 or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion period.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of any employee of DT77 or its technology partners.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. DT77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

3.Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active DT77 account. Having multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using different contact details – is a serious violation of these Terms. DT77 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must register with your real name, mobile number, and a valid email address (where applicable). The name on your DT77 account must match the name on your CNIC and the payment account you use to deposit and withdraw. Mismatched information will cause withdrawal delays and may trigger a full account review.

3.3 Account Security

Your DT77 username and password are your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone – including DT77 support staff (who will never ask for your password). DT77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in account settings. DT77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has shared credentials or failed to secure their device.

3.4 Account Verification

DT77 may request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or where unusual activity is detected. You may be asked to provide a clear photograph of your CNIC and a recent selfie. Failure to complete verification within 14 days of a request will result in account suspension.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

DT77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). DT77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: Rs 500,000 for standard accounts; higher limits for VIP members as per VIP Club terms
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Rs 1,000,000 for verified accounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

DT77 aims to process all withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 seconds of approval. IBFT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. VIP members receive priority processing as per their tier benefits.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your DT77 account. DT77 reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals made before completing the required wagering on deposit bonuses may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and promotional credits offered by DT77 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your DT77 wallet within 24 hours of qualification
• Bonus funds expire after 7 days from the date of credit unless specified otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• DT77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited due to a technical error
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address

5.2 VIP Club Rewards

DT77 VIP Club cashback, reload bonuses, and tier-specific benefits are governed by the VIP Club terms displayed on the VIP Club page. Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses and credited every Monday. Cashback carries no additional wagering requirement. VIP status is locked for the calendar year once earned.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

DT77 actively monitors for bonus abuse including the use of low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploitation of system errors. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings removed and their account reviewed for closure.

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Provably Fair Gaming

All DT77 games using random outcomes – including dice in Ludo, card draws in Andar Bahar, and multipliers in Aviator and crash games – are generated by a certified provably fair random number generator (RNG). Game results cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by DT77 or any player. Players can verify individual game seeds and results through their DT77 account history.

6.2 Sports and Esports Betting

Cricket and esports betting on DT77 is subject to the specific rules published for each market. DT77 uses official match results from governing bodies (PCB, ICC, tournament organisers) to settle bets. In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome is determined due to data delays are void and stakes are returned. DT77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error.

6.3 Game Disconnection

If your internet connection drops during a DT77 game, a 60-second reconnection window applies. If you cannot reconnect within this window, DT77's system resolves the game in accordance with the specific game rules. For Ludo, disconnected players are conceded. For Aviator, auto-cashout settings apply if configured. DT77 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

6.4 Maximum Win Per Round

DT77 applies maximum win limits per single game round to ensure platform sustainability. The applicable limit varies by game and is displayed within each game. Bets placed after the maximum win limit is reached in a session may be partially accepted or cancelled at DT77's discretion.

7.Responsible Gaming

DT77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits apply within 24 hours of being set; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and session cut-offs after a defined duration of play.
• Bet Limits: Maximum stake limits per bet or per session applicable to all DT77 products.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (minimum 7 days) or permanent closure. Self-exclusion applies immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling Off: A 24-72 hour break period with no deposits or bets permitted.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DT77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with DT77 games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any DT77 game or betting market
• Using the DT77 platform to launder money or process transactions on behalf of third parties
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account details
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing DT77 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person during KYC verification
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate DT77 transactions with your payment provider

9.Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 DT77-Initiated Closure

DT77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account – with or without prior notice – if we believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or in a manner harmful to DT77 or other players. Where an account is closed due to Terms violations, balances may be forfeited following a review period.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your DT77 account at any time by contacting support at support@dt77.biz or through your account settings. Any remaining balance in a good-standing account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

DT77 classifies an account as dormant after 12 consecutive months with no login activity. Dormant accounts may be subject to a maintenance charge of Rs 200 per month after the dormancy period begins. DT77 will notify you by email or SMS before applying any charge. You can reactivate a dormant account simply by logging in.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the DT77 platform – including but not limited to the DT77 logo, game assets, website design, written content, marketing materials, and software – is the intellectual property of DT77 and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any DT77 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of DT77 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

11.Limitation of Liability

DT77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DT77 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or gaming opportunities arising from platform downtime or technical failures
• Delays in game settlement caused by third-party data providers or connectivity issues outside DT77's control
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials
• Decisions made by players based on incorrect information provided by third parties

DT77's total aggregate liability to any single player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the player's total net deposits to DT77 in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12.Privacy and Data

DT77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on DT77, you consent to DT77 collecting and processing your personal data as described in that policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@dt77.biz.

13.Amendments to These Terms

DT77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify active players by SMS or email. Your continued use of DT77 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using DT77 and may request account closure.
